Need help translating a poem for Valentine's
 

Hey I only know poquito espanol and I wanted to surprise my lover on V-Day just checking to see if this a correct translation from english. I used google, but I don't trust robots...so yeah here we go

Me gustaría ser una lágrima
Concebido en su corazón
Nacido en tus ojos
Vivió en la mejilla
y murió en sus labios


I would like it to say the following

I wish I was a tear
Conceived in your heart
Born in your eyes
Lived on your cheek
and died on your lips

Just checking to see if its correct

This poem has a lot of different versions on the internet.
Some contain the 'conceived in your heart' stanza.
Almost all have a translation into Spanish, in some form or another, on the internet.
