La frase es esta:

My attempt:
Estubieras aquí o yo estubiese allí (estubieramos juntos) haría dos más(pasteles). Te mereces cada uno.

'Te mereces cada uno' I find it out of tune.
¿Está bien el resto de la frase?

Se trata de una amiga quien me envió una foto através Facebook, de un pastel que encontré exquisito con sólo verlo. Mi comentario a su post fotográfico fue '¡Recórcholis!'.
Entonces, enseguida me envió esa frase.

This is an odd way to say what I think she meant, given your latest explanation.
It should be:

One of each=uno de cada uno - For example if there are 5 differents kinds of apples each one of you
deserves one of each kind for a total of 5 different types of apples each. 5 for each one. 5 por cada uno.
So more than one of a kind.

Here is just one kind. But two cakes. One cake for each person.
You both deserve one. Each one of you deserves a cake.
Los dos se merecen una. Cada uno de ustedes se merece un pastel.
Ambos se merecen una.

I was wondering in case the original sentence might have been missing the preposition, but it's all solved now.
