Yo soy Assad91. Yo gusta la idioma de espanol. Mi primo idioma es ingles. I am learning spanish, but not in a class. I married into a Puerto Rican family and really wish to learn much more in order to speak with relatives.

"Mi primo" would mean "My cousin".

I haven't figured out how to get letters with the markings which is why I don't use them =/

Aha! If you are in an edit box for a message on this site, there should be a formatting menu at the top of the edit box. One of the items is a drop-down list titled "Accents". It contains all of the special characters that are used to write in Spanish.

There are other methods you can use to type special characters in general, but which methods you can use depends on the particular hardware, operating system and system configuration of the device you are using. If you are interested you can look at this thread for some ideas.
