Brazas a ceñir

Hi,
I came across this spanish phrase "Brazas a ceñir".
Any idea as to what it means......:?:

According to all I've been able to find on the subject, trim the sails is probably a good translation. The phrase comes from the Himno de la Armada de Chile. Another, less common way to translate the words is braces to be fit (with the sails), the braces being the rigging that holds the sails.

I hope this information is reliable and that it helped you understand the phrase.
