what i want to say is:
"I always wake up at 4.45 in the morning. After take a bath, at 7 sometimes I eat breakfast. If there is nothing to eat, I’ll eat at school. Normally, I go to school at 7.45, except on Tuesday I go to school at 6.45 because I have morning class. I never spend the night without internet. After have my dinner, sometimes I watch tv for 1 or 2 hours and then do my homeworks. I wash my clothes twice a week in the afternoon. Once a week I watch football at 1 or 3 in the morning. In Saturday, I often cook myself some meal."

Soy (This means 'I am' and can't be used here) siempre levanto (conjugate the reflexive verb 'levantarse' instead) a las cinco menos cuarto de la mañana. (The reflexive pronoun suffixed to the end of the reflexive verb will be removed during conjugation. The appropriate reflexive pronoun will take its place. The reflexive pronoun will precede the conjugated verb.)
Despues de tomo (this needs to be a noun, so use the infinitive instead) un baño, a veces desayuno (conjugate the reflexive verb 'desayunarse' instead, using the same procedure appearing above in purple) a las siete de la mañana.
Si no hay nada para come (this needs to be a noun, so use the infinitive), voy a come (use the future tense here) en la escuela.
Normalmente, voy al universidad a las ocho menos cuarto, excepto el martes voy a ir a las escuela a las siete menos cuarto porque tengo clase por la mañana.
Soy (omit - this isn't a substitute for the subject pronoun 'yo' - you don't need to use the subject pronoun 'yo' because the verb ending conveys the person) nunca paso la noche sin (article needed) internet.
Después de come (must be a noun) la cena, a veces veo (article needed) television durante (use another preposition) media (it's better to repeat 'hora') o una hora.
Soy (omit - it doesn't mean 'I' - that is conveyed in the verb ending) hago mis deberes a las ocho de la noche.
Soy lavo la ropa en casa dos veces (need to translate 'a week') a la tardes.
(Where's the sentence about watching football? Oh, it's out of sequence.)
En sabado, a menudo a las ocho de la mañana soy cocino.
Una vez a la semana veo el futbol en una o () las tres de la mañana.

I corrected your English so that others can see what you wanted to say in Spanish.
I marked what is wrong in the Spanish text and have given hints about how to correct some of the mistakes.
If you have questions, please ask.

Welcome to the forums, by the way. :)
