In case you meant boricua, I'll tell you what that means.
A boricua is usually what a person who was born in Puerto Rico calls herself/himself. This word is not Spanish, but comes from the indigenous Taíno people that inhabited the island before the Spanish conquests.

Borínquen is another word related to Boriqua. Both relate to the island of
Puerto Rico as well as the Puerto Rican people.
