Spanish word blending
 
im not sure which forum selection to post this on.

hello, i need some help to understand spanish word blending. i can speak spanish but no matter how hard i try i cant seem to understand it when vowels are 'blending together' eg. is there a website or video where i can learn to hear the language. i can understand spoken spanish but still practicing hearing.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Just have to watch a lot of movies, without subtitles...

To me that is the best, because the action, most of the time, will relate to the words. In that way, your ears and your mind will do most of the work. :)

Welcome to the team kaixokaixo, we're in the same boat when it comes to elisions [is that what they're called, Rusty?].

It took me awhile to figure out that something that sounds vaguely like kyahgo is really a question, ¿Qué hago?, that means "What do I do now?"
