Not bad... I just marked in red the thing on punctuation... but being a song and a bit free, I'd buy your translation.

I mean, I could give you my version, like "y te perdí igual" "y te perdí de todas formas" or other opinions to improve it, but the basic concepts are there...

To me, the punctuation was correct.
