Does it matter whether you say "Me voy a levantar" or "Voy a levantarme"? Is there a difference in meaning? Can you also say it in combination with other verbs, like "Me necesito levantar"?

The sentences you wrote are all correct, but suffixing the pronoun to the infinitive is preferred in most cases.
