aceite - masculine noun (el) - oil. Look up aceite in the dictionary

El aceite de oliva es saludable y tiene buen sabor.
Olive oil is healthy and tastes good.

Yeah, the olive oil is very healthy, at least I use it.

My doctor told me, must I eat to food made with olive oil for what it has less cholesterol.

Olive oil has a fairly strong taste, but I've gotten used to it and I like it a lot. Cooking with coconut oil is another story. It'll change the flavor of anything you put it on.
