Hola, quería comprobar que esas frases estan bien.

"Esta bien que estes aqui" (¿con el subjunctivo "estes" verdad?)
"It's fine that you are here"

"Que bien es que los ninos esten en cole todo el dia!"
"How good is it that the children are at school all day!"

"Estoy esperando a que abra la tienda" "I'm waiting for the shop to open"

"¿A que hora abres?" 0 "¿A que hora se abre?" "What time do you open" (shop) ¿Cual es?

"Ha habido un retraso" "There has been a delay"

"Nos quedamos con el sofa de momento"
"We're going to keep/hang on to the sofa for the time being"

"¿A que hora abres?" 0 "¿A que hora se abre?" "What time do you open" (shop) ¿Cual es? It depends. One would imply that the person with whom you are speaking opens the store. The other implies the opposite.

"Ha habido un retraso" "There has been a delay"

"Nos quedamos con el sofa de momento"
"We're going to keep/hang on to the sofa for the time being"
:thinking:I'm not sure about de momento in this case. Native speakers need to confirm this, but I would use por lo pronto.

It is important to use accent marks in Spanish. Word meanings vary with and without them.
