Please, I need your help again with translating this:
ARTICLE 1: TITLE
The Union shall be known and called, "SINCA PATRIOTIC UNION, SPAIN BRANCH", hereinafter referred to as; "THE UNION".

Below is what my translator came up with, but I´m not completely satisfied with it and I´d like to know what you guys have to say.

Con la denominación de Asociación Patriótica Sinca en España. En adelante la asociación, se constituye una entidad al amparo de la ley Orgánica..., y normas complementarias, con capacidad juridica y plena capacidad de obrar, careciendo de ánimo de lucro.

Mi intento:

ARTÍCULO 1: TÍTULO
La Asociación se conocerá y será titulada "ASOCIACIÓN PATRIÓTICA SINCA, SUCURSAL DE ESPAÑA", que en adelante se conocerá como "LA ASOCIACIÓN".

Another option might be sucursal española. Aside from that, I think Rusty's translation is pretty good.
