Hola, me llamo Kurtis. Soy un Marine de Estados Unidos y vivo en Yuma, Arizona. Hablo inglés y un poco de español. Quiero aprender español porque muchas personas hablan en español en Yuma, porque es cerca de México. También quiero viajar a Centroamérica en el futuro. Me gustan las computadoras, ciencia, leer libros, etc.

My Spanish is very limited so I'd greatly appreciate any corrections and tips. ¡Gracias!

In your introduction, you could change a few things.
For example:
Names of languages are not capitalized in Spanish.
If you use an article on one noun in a list, use it on all the nouns (but not on an infinitive).
You used a few prepositions that weren't necessary here and there.
You left a few things untranslated. Was that because you couldn't find a translation?

Rusty is correct, the preposition 'de' isn't required in this sentence. [Whoops, my bad]. It is infact needed.

@Liquinn3: That's a preposition I would leave in.
There's another one that isn't necessary and, in the same sentence, a verb is incorrect.
See if you or Kurtis can find it.

There's quite a lot of ways to say more or less the same thing in Spanish. :)

I could give you some help in regards to the two words; 'por' and 'para' if you would like. :)
