Crema exfoliante??

Now I have sentence:
"Usa una crema exfoliante para la espalda por lo menos dos veces al mes"
I understand almost everything, except this... crema exfoliante... I couldn't even find it in the monolingual dictionary.. :( Help me, please :(

crema exfoliante
= exfoliating cream

An exfoliant is an abrasive material found in such creams, designed to remove dead skin cells and dirt from the skin.

Haha I can understand "crema exfoliante" amd a few of the words(like maybe 2 or 3) but I can't understand the rest. But yes Rusty is right that is what it means.
