Ir verbs

Hello

If i want to say in Spanish "I live", I should say: yo vivo --> to drop the "ir" and to add an "o".
Therefore when I want to say "I say", I should say: yo deco --> to drop the "ir" and to add an "o".
But when I try to translate it via google translate, it has no meaning, so what's the correct word for it?

Decir is an irregular verb. There are many in Spanish. I say in Spanish is
digo.

Vivo en... (I live...).
Vives en... (you live...).

There's no need to say 'yo' because the verb ending conveys the person.

Digo... (I am saying/I say).
Digo que... (I am saying that).

Vivir is a regular verb and decir is an irregular verb.
