How can we translate this sentence. I ' ll give it a try| :
How do you keep your English up to date?
How do you keep in touch with English?
How do you keep your English going / on the go.?
Are all the sentences OK?
I presume the 1st two are correct but i have my doubts about the last one?

Your last sentence, with 'going', is actually the best one.
All of your sentences work, however.

I'd say,
"How do you keep your English up?"
or
"How do you keep your English going?"
