Talla

¿Cómo se dice...?

"They haven't got her size"
"No tienen su talla"

"There was lots of things I liked and wanted to buy but they didn't have the sizes I needed for the kids"
"Había muchas cosas que me gustaba y quería comprar pero no tenían las tallas que necesitaba para los niños"

In English we use the plural form "they don't have her size" but we really mean "the shop doesn't have her size" when we say this how do the Spanish say it?

Spanish allows the plural third-person form, as chileno indicates, but you may also use the impersonal 'se'.
