Me confundo mucho con los verbos "caer" "derramar" y "tirar"

Cómo se traduce "careful you don't drop it" "cuidado que no se te caiga"


"I don't want her to spill it on herself "(a drink, accidentally)
"No quiero que se lo tire encima" o "No quiero que se lo derrame"

"It fell on top of him"
"se lo cayó encima"

"They deliberately threw juice all over the floor"
"Deliberadamente tiraron zumo por todo el suelo"
