Is it wrong to say "Yo tampoco"?

Q: No me gusta este cuadro.
A: 1) Yo tampoco 2) A mí sí 3) A mi también 4) Yo sí
Is it wrong to say "yo tampoco"?

In this case, it is wrong. The speaker is the indirect object in the sentence, so if you also don't like the same thing, you must refer to yourself using an indirect object pronoun.
No me gusta ....
A mí (no me gusta) tampoco.

None of the answers you've provided above is the correct response, but I think you meant to type A mí sí for the second answer. That is the correct answer.

When the speaker is the subject of a negated sentence, and you want to state your agreement with the negated action, you use 'yo tampoco'.
No oígo nada.
Yo tampoco.

Thanks for your correction, I should be more careful when typing. I've made the correction in my original posting.
