"Can you blend it?" (cuando hablando de maquillaje, sombra de ojos por ejemplo!)

"¿Se puede extenderlo?"

I would use the verb matizar.

Bueno, yo usaría mezclar.

Este maquillaje/sombra se puede mezclar con este otro para un terminado más dramático.

I agree with "mezclar". Maybe even "difuminar", when it's about mixing makeup so the difference between colors can't be easily perceived. :)
