Descriptive adjective placement
Sorry to quote an Idiom post in the Grammar section but I still get confused about word order. What's the difference between En peores plazas hemos toreado and En plazas peores hemos toreado? They both convey the same idea in English, don't they? Or not?

Correct.

@Glen: It's a matter of emphasis and/or euphony. If the adjective is placed before the noun, it's usually to emphasize the adjective or to make the phrase sound better.
