"Es yo quien no puedo ir" "Es yo la que no puedo ir"

"It's me who has got plans, I'm not thinking straight"
"Es yo quien tiene plans, no estoy pensando bien"

Soy yo.....

Soy yo que no puedo ir.
Soy yo que tengo planes.

Emphatically speaking I would say the second one as follows:

Soy yo el que tiene...

So, jellybabe can use "Soy yo la que tiene planes."
