I understand each word, but together it doesn't quite make sense to me.
Lo que es para uno con el tiempo va llegando y lo que no mismo tiempo se lo va llevando. |

Still not really sure. Best translation I can come up with is "What is meant for one, comes with time, and what is not, goes away with time."
