How do I say: 'Thank you for the speedy reply to my message'

and 'I am going on a coffee break. I will be back in 10 minutes.'

fast response rápida respuesta/ rápida salida.

I would use resuesta as salida may be interpreted as terse.
There are many other ways of saying this I am sure, because there are many ways of saying fast in Spanish.

Para no sobreexplotar el adjetivo "rápido", también puede traducir "speedy" como "veloz", "raudo", "presuroso" o "diligente" según el contexto.

I automatically wrote rápida respuesta, with no rules in mind. I assume you can say respuesta rápida also, but I would like to know if there is any change in meaning beyond slight nuance when word order is changed in this case.

@Poli: There is no change of meaning. Adjective and noun order is often determined by emphasis and/or euphony. I think "rápida respuesta" makes a slight emphasis on the speed of the answer and it also sounds better for me. Order will depend on what the speaker has in mind though, I guess.
