¿Cómo se dice....?

"She looks a lot older than she is."

"Parece mucho mas mayor que es."

"People say that she hasn't aged."

"La gente dice que no ha "Aged" (No lo se)

Some hints:

Avoid "más mayor". With "mayor" we use "mucho": "se ve mucho mayor".

Take a look at the discussions on "más que" and "más de" here and here; they also apply to "mayor que"/"mayor de".

And "to age" = envejecer. :)

También se dice "no pasan los años por ella". :)

parece mucho mayor de lo que es
dicen que se conserva bien/dicen que por ella no pasan los años
