Irregular verb list
I have a matter of curiosity bothering me. What is the longest list of irregular Spanish verbs anyone has found?
I've been doing some Googling and there doesn't seem to be such a thing as a complete list. It reminds of of when I was studying Italian many years ago; the matter seemed open-ended! I did once find a list of four hundred and ninety-two irregular Italian verbs. Can Spanish top that? |
Spanish has quite a number of irregular verbs, but completely exhaustive lists are not so easy to come by. However, many good Spanish or Spanish bilingual dictionaries have listings of examples of each type of irregular verb, then any irregular verb in the main dictionary has a cross-reference to the model irregular verb that demonstrates how the listed verb is irregular.
Some language-teaching books also have lists of irregular verbs. |
Para mí esta página está completísima: http://www.verbolog.com/conjuga.htm
