¿Me podéis corregir?

"Entiendo que quiere decir/tiene razón, en cuanto a cómo parece al director, podría parecer cómo si os estuviéramos animando a no ir por sugeriendo otra posibildad. Si estamos en formación de ser directores, hace falta que se vea que estamos serios y dedicados."
