Estoy aprendiendo español y necesito ayudar con entiendo esta sentencia. "pille ese tipo que está allí." Gracias de antemano.

¿De dónde procede esa frase? Conocer el contexto nos ayudaría enormemente. En principio diría algo como:

Stop that guy who is there.

Un saludo sincero.

If you're certain the verb (the first word) doesn't have an accent mark over the final vowel, that makes it a formal command (imperative). Depending on the context, it can mean 'catch', 'get', 'nab' and others. 'Tipo' can be translated as 'type', 'kind', 'sort', 'guy' and more.
