Not the application your thinking of, the meaning of this word is like a practice, theres no sentence it says application, then im supposed to translate the paragraph (and yes including the words application) so i was wondering how i should say that?

I can think of nothing better than aplicación. I believe this describes a practice, as well as a method, skill, theory or process.

The other application, the kind you fill out, is called a solicitud.
