Argument
¿Cómo se dice...?
"That's not a good argument or reason to not do it. You could use that argument for lots of things." |
Argumento can used to mean pretext or reason (pretexto ) in Spanish . It can also mean plot or theme.
As far a I know, it never means a fight as argument sometimes does in English. By the way, I would not use argumento de no hacerlo. Instead of de, try para. Sometimes little words like de and para get us in trouble, and I would wait for a native speaker to verify this correction. |
Poli is right.... :) Now, argument = discusión in the same sense of having a verbal fight |
