Could you correct my English?

-This is the same as that galaxy of beauties who are my classmates in the French Department. In the lecture theatre/hall and classrooms you see them earinged, nail-polished, wearing high-heeled shoes and accessories and contact lenses, with cataracts of dyed hair, sometimes gold, sometimes of an utterable colour, and wearing make up. A person's appearance would never be changed by these artificially created things, not to mention that they are ugly artificially created; if any change would be made, it would be (a) change for the worse, never for the better. A person is most beautiful when she appears in her most natural way.

Although the adjective 'earringed' can be used, and will be understood, there are more common ways to express the idea (wearing earrings, etc.).
The word 'nail-polished' doesn't exist. Use what poli suggested or use 'with polished nails'.
"Make up" should be one word.

If any change were made, it would be a change ...
