Hello!
I'm new to the website so I just wanted to ask how you would ask a normal Spanish person
'How is my Spanish?' - as in if it is good or bad?

Simply: ¿Cómo es mi español?
Also: ¿Hablo bien? ¿Se me entiende (lo que digo)?; ¿Cuál es mi nivel (en español)?
