A long-lasting correspondence

Are my sentences correct?

-If you receive this email, please give me a reply. If you find yourself unwilling to do so for fear of having a long lasting correspondence with me through email, then please at least type 'don't disturb me anymore', and then I will know what I should do. Thank you.
