or should it be this way:?

tell me who hates rules the most and i'll tell you who would love to impose their own rules the most

It's hard to translate such constructions from Spanish, but I think there are no mistakes... wait for native English speakers to comment though. :thinking:

Yes. Use capital letters where necessary, and a period at the end, to make it perfect.
