Two-seater sofa

Two-seater sofa

How do you translate a ‘two-seater sofa’ into Spanish?
Would ‘un sofá de dos plazas’ be correct?
Could we omit ‘de’ and say ‘un sofá dos plazas’

What if we add 'a elegir':
'un sofá dos plazas a elegir'.
Does this change the meaning at all, or does it simply mean we can choose from a range of two-seaters?

Many thanks in advance.

Could we omit ‘de’ and say ‘un sofá dos plazas’ No, because "dos plazas" doesn't work as an adjective in Spanish. However, you can write "un sofá biplaza".

'un sofá de dos plazas a elegir'.
Does this change the meaning at all, or does it simply mean we can choose from a range of two-seaters? It means you can choose a sofa that has two seats among many of them.

Many thanks in advance.

A pleasure.
