I'm interested to know your opinion about something. If there was a situation like ours where a family were going to move house but still wanted to go regularly to the old neighbourhood do you think....

Estoy interesada de saber tu opinion. Si hubiera una situation còmo la nuestra donde una familia iba o fuera a mudarse pero aun quería o quisiera ir regularmente al viejo barrio, piensas que...

(I want to know if in a paragraph like this all the verbs are in the subjunctive. I know the first one ( if there was) is but when you then explain the hypothetical situation I don't know if the rest are.

Sorry, but it's "fuera" and "quisiera". This is a hypothetical situation, not an event in the past. :)
