Country of birth
Is it correct to say
-I have deep feelings for Denmark as I have for the US, my country of birth. I have seen this several times as an isolated phrase, probably in a form. Do you think the red words are wrong, as my friend says, and it should be the country of my birth? |
The words are fine as they are. Your friend's idea is equally fine.
And you can say, "my birth country." |
Thank you.
