I am over 40 too! and barely over 50! I don't walk 2 dogs everyday but I can mount my horse from the ground too!!! I never want to stop learning, spanish being my brain-exercise of choice.

I agree Señor Barrenfield

Brain exercise is essential to healthy living..I am studying TEFL, Spanish and running my own business here in Spain. Never thought i'd be doing all this in one year at my age !! Who needs sudoku !

no one's under 12, eh? guess they're a bit too young to go on here

barrenfield October 13, 2008 06:08 PM

You are only as old as you let yourself be!! I am mentally and emotionally about 16. I just don't look it but Thank the Good Lord, I feel pretty good! My friend from Mexico works outside as much as she can. She says "staying inside makes her old."

Corrections:

Although my son is only six years old, he never asks for candy in the street. Here in my country we normally don't do that, anyway.
