With or without with

With or without with

I see some people using with after the verb below; is it correct usage? It is quite common in our region.

-This will contradict __ the values of avoiding peril.

'Contradict' and 'contradict with' don't mean the same thing.

This report contradicts that report. (the assertions in the report are contrary to, or the opposite of, the assertions made in the last report)
This report contradicts with that report. (the reports have opposing assertions)

She contradicted her brother's alibi. (her view the of the events speak contrary to the brother's views)
She contradicted with her brother's alibi. (her view and the brother's view were not the same)

This will contradict the values of avoiding peril. (the presented values speak contrary to the established values)
This will contradict with the values of avoiding peril. (the presented values and the established values are not the same)
