I once had a mishap with the word máscara. I thought this lady was saying máscara, when she was really asking if something was más cara (more expensive). :shh:

It's Mask, you are saying that a mask is more expense, I don't understand your commentary, please if you could explain me more clear, I believe that I will understand you better.

Do you mean more expensive? Expensive means it costs a lot. Like say, the mask costs $1000 because it's made of gold. It is expensive. Costs a lot of $.

I did a lot mistakes in my last post, then I don't understand Why I do a lot mistakes in my post sometimes, I try to don't do mistakes, but I believe that it's impossible, I feel that I'm awfully gawky sometime, I don't know if I forget the words in English, because Jchen always is correcting to me, please you forgive me if I do mistakes in my post.

You don't have to worry. No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. Of course we will forgive you. It's okay if you forget the words in English. It is hard to learn English if your native language is something else. ;)

Esto sucedió hace muchos años. Una señora estaba comprando pintura. Ya había escogido una marca, y después preguntó por una máscara y le dije que no vendíamos máscaras. Pero en realidad lo que quería era otra marca de pintura más cara o sea de mayor calidad. Creo que preguntó "¿... y una máscara/más cara?" :o :shh:
