Thanks. Is of correct because it is in a title, not a complete sentence? Could we use of instead of for?:
-The deadline for applications is 30 April. -The deadline for entries is noon Thursday. |
You switched from the singular to the plural in your complete sentences. There you cannot use 'of'. It is only when the singular form is used that 'of' is acceptable.
