Contar con
I know it means to count on, some time ago I read something to this effect: El parque cuenta con dos estacionamientos.
So, it seems to me that cuentar con may mean to provide or to include. Am I right about this? |
contar = offer, include, provide
It's like listing its assets. That doesn't necessary mean you need to use them. That doesn't necessary mean they are available for you. El parque cuenta con grupo electrógeno propio (a blackout doesn't affect it) El parque cuenta con sala de primeros auxilios y guardia médica permanente |
Thank you. That's new to me.
