I am not a native speaker, but I think the correct translation should be something like:

Esta configuración tiene/da resultado en el modo Leer Archivo.

But if any native speaker wishes to add to this,I'd be very interested to hear what they have to say.

I'd prefer "funciona en modo de lectura de archivo"; I think that might be clearer, but those translations change from one region to another. :)
