What this guy says in Spanish??
 

Hi everyone, could somebody please tell me what is said in this recording? And can you maybe tell his origin from his accent (Spain or Latin America)? Thanks.

What is being said, in poorly-pronounced Spanish, is an apology offered by Chip Tsao a short time after one of his articles appeared in HK Magazine on 27 March 2009.

I have not personally heard or read his apology until now, so I can't say for certain whether the recording is Mr. Tsao himself. Nor do I know if it was a direct quote.

This is what is being said in the recording:
A todos los hermanos y todas las hermanas filipinos:
Lo siento mucho por lo que he escrito. Vamos a vivir en paz.

His apology was directed at the Philippine people, who were offended a second time, I read, that he used the Spanish language (that isn't the official language of the Philippines).
