How does that sound?

There are several different translations of these lyrics on the internet. I like this one the best.

Todo el mundo viene con cicatrices, pero puedes amarlas igual.

The most common translation uses 'amarlos' instead of 'amarlas'. The latter references the scars, so I think it's closer to the original.

That changes the meaning. Incidentally cicatriz uses la not el.

I would say: todos llevamos cicatrices pero con el amor se puede borrarlas.

Todos venimos con cicatrices, pero puedes borrarlas con tu amor.

Todos tenemos cicatrices pero se las pueden quitar con amor.
