Once a week, I read no news in my languages and go online to see what happened in my target language (Chinese) Just the curiosity to know makes you learn a lot !!

Do you play games? Listen to music? Watch tv?

Can you do practical stuff, such as describing your neighbourhood in 4 sentences / 30 words?

How about describing your personality in 2 sentences?

what do you mean by "target language"?

I suppose that, he is trying to say some kind of target for play some kind of video game, if you know, in some places you need necessarily a target for that you can to play something, it's mostly used in stores, super markets, game business, you are kid, you must to know kinda above the thread.

"Target language" refers to any language that you are studying, learning or translating into.
