1. I think it means pressure attack but I've never heard of that. So maybe.
2. por parte means by I think.......
3. Whole green?? :thinking::confused:
4. I've never heard of walked walking. I believe it's went walking.

You probably heard it right but it isn't good Spanish. I think the right way to say it is dimos una caminada.

Panic Attack means Ataques de Panico.
Recibi una sorpresa por parte de mis padres.
Elegi un regalo verde para o conjunto verde (Traje) para la boda.
Estuvimos caminando por el centro.

Does por parte have a literal translation? Is it necessary for the sentence?

1. I think ataque de pánico would be the normal translation of panic attack, but from what I can find ataque de presión probably means the same thing.

2. Por parte de mean from or by.

por parte de mis papás = from my parents
por parte del gobierno = by the government

3. conjunto verde = green suit, green set, meaning matching green shirt/pants set or matching green blouse/skirt set etc.

4 Clara and I went walking around the downtown area. In this case, "andar" is translated as "to be" or "to go". Anduve en Madrid toda la mañana = I was in Madrid all morning.

For me the only "ataque de presión" is the "bends" or Decompression sickness. It's rather uncommon, or specific of subacuatic activities (snorkel).
Other different attacks: ataque de pánico, depresión, subida de presión, etc.

I don't really know the meaning of "green theme" because I'm not a girl and for me "green theme" it's a windows option :D So I'm not sure if it translates so.

It's better Crotalito's "Clara y yo estuvimos caminando por todo el centro", because "anduvimos caminando" sounds a little odd, like "walked walking"

Another interpretation.........

Ataque de presión = ataque de nervios
presión could mean "pressure" like.....pressure from work, family, life in general

And an FYI.......
The word conjunto also means = musical group
