I can't tell orange from yellow
 

Hi,

What's the best way to say something like this in Spanish? The easy and colloquial form of distinguish?

I'd use distinguir.

No puedo distinguir entre el amarillo y el anaranjado.

I've found also no sé distinguir. Nothing else, or so it seems.

No puedo distinguir = no sé distinguir.


Some other possible ways to express the same:
- No distingo un color del otro.
- No veo la diferencia entre un color y el otro.
- No veo en qué se distingue un color del otro.
- No puedo saber cuál es el amarillo y cuál es el naranja/anaranjado.
