¿talgo?
I cant even found it in my dictionary :banghead:....is the word TALGO:confused:
the exercise says TALGO PROCEDENTE DE MADRID CON DESTINO SEVILLA EFECTUARÁ SU ENTRADA POR LA VÍA NÚMERO 2 Este aviso se puede ver en a.un aeropuerto b.una estación de autobuses c.una estación de ferrocarril I tnink is a) but I am not so sure..:banghead::banghead: If anyone can help... Thanks a lot :) |
All I can think of is that talgo is a typo and should be salgo (I am leaving)
SALGO PROCEDENTE DE MADRID CON DESTINO SEVILLA EFECTUARÁ SU ENTRADA POR LA VÍA NÚMERO 2 I am leaving Madrid destined for Sevilla He? will use track No. 2 to enter. It reads like a telegram. Given the reference to vía, I would guess it has to do with traveling by train. -----Edit: I was wrong. TALGO is an acronym meaning Tren articulado ligero Goicoechea-Oriol (Inter-city high speed train) TALGO PROCEDENTE DE MADRID CON DESTINO SEVILLA EFECTUARÁ SU ENTRADA POR LA VÍA NÚMERO 2 High-speed train from Madrid destined for Sevilla will enter on track number 2. |
Thank you a lot!!!!
