I think the second one is grammatically incorrect i.e., we need to include the preposition a second time. Would this be accurate? However, I am not sure if we need to always include a preposition a second time.

I think it's needed a second time here:
- Se ve a un hombre y a una mujer en el jardín.
- Se ve a un hombre y una mujer en el jardín.

I don't think it's needed a second time here, but I'm not entirely sure:
Voy al cine con mi hermano y con mi hermana.
Voy al cine con mi hermano y mi hermana.

Se fue al parque con Juan y con Alberto.
Se fue al parque con Juan y Alberto.
